- Order should be placed at least 12hrs in advance. All our cakes are made to order.

- Orders are confirmed only on complete payment.
- Our weekly pre-order link is updated with slots & quantity, for the upcoming week's delicious treats every Thursday.
- We like to deliver freshly baked cakes. Only 2 cakes are baked each day. So we have limited quantity.

🚨 Important Terms & Conditions:
- Our primary limitation as a home bakery is our reliance on power supply. During heavy monsoons, we may experience power outages which could hinder our baking process. In such cases, we will inform you in advance and provide the option to either cancel the order or reschedule it for a new date. If you choose to cancel, any amount paid will be refunded.
- If you are ordering for a birthday celebration, we can add a personalised birthday note on the base/cover/or a piece of note card. Please get in touch on Whatsapp to discuss further.
- Please note that all deposits are non-refundable. Orders cannot be canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery date.
- Your cake is delicate, so please handle it with care. You may choose to wrap it in food-grade packaging and store it in an airtight container to preserve its freshness for a longer duration.
- We recommend consuming your cake within 72 hours for the best taste and quality. Enjoy it while it's at its freshest!
