During our hiatus, we took the time to reevaluate our goals and aspirations, which ultimately led us to the decision to rebrand. "alag" marks a new chapter for us, symbolising our uncompromising commitment to delivering exceptional baked goods while embracing change and fostering growth.

Operating from our cozy new home in Siolim, "alag" will initially focus on crafting made-to-order cakes. We will share a weekly pre-order link for the upcoming week's delicious treats every Thursday. As the availability of our products will be limited, we kindly request that you place your orders at your earliest convenience. While we continue our search for a physical space, we are immensely grateful for your continued support and understanding.

During her recent trip to Goa amidst the pandemic, Bompi deeply connected with the rhythm and energy of the place. After creating a successful bakery in Along, Arunachal Pradesh, where she has been serving the community for nearly six years, she feels grateful for the opportunity to spend time in Goa, exploring new flavours and memories.

With her creative spirit fuelled by travel experiences, Bompi brings a unique touch to her bakery creations at "alag." Each delightful treat is meticulously crafted to capture the essence of joy and bring back the carefree spirit of childhood.
